Terms and Conditions
- In the event of conditions resulting in the course being judged unfit to play by the greenkeeping staff, the Club will arrange an alternative date through discussion with the event organiser
- The Club cannot be held responsible in the event of inclement weather conditions affecting the smooth running of the day.
- The Club cannot offer any price reductions for bad weather (or greenkeeping maintenance) causing part rounds.
- We respectfully ask you that you follow our dress code. No denims, trainers or collarless shirts. Gentlemens' and Ladies' shorts must be tailored and sports socks and golf shoes must be worn.
- Please avoid slow play
- Any groups requiring golf only will be charged £22 midweek and £27 weekends
- Any Springwater members playing with a visiting society must inform the Professional or General Manager one week in advance. Failure to do so will result in full green fees being charged.
- A non-refundable deposit of £5 per player must be received with your booking.
- Accounts must be settled prior to playing
- We reserve the right to charge for food ordered, supplied and not taken. 48 hours notice required.
