Springwater Golf Club offers a Warm Welcome to Golf Societies.
Here at Springwater Golf Club, we aspire to offer Golf Societies the best possible service and playing experience, among golf clubs in the East Midlands. On enquiring, you will be allocated one of our senior managers, either Paul Drew (our Director of Golf) or Oliver Drew (our PGA Assistant Professional) to negotiate and coordinate your visit and you’ll be met on arrival by either Paul or Oliver.
We have excellent clubhouse facilities, and our Clubhouse Manager, Sue Atkins and her staff will be delighted to provide you anything from a bacon roll and coffee or an English breakfast before you start, to a full meal and drinks at the end of your round. You can even have free and exclusive use of our Seve Suite, named in honour of Severiano Ballasteros and suitable up to about 36 guests, or for bigger societies, our Celebration Suite, for your pre- match breakfast or your after-match meals and presentations.
We have comprehensive facilities including driving range, practice putting green and a fully stocked professional shop where you’ll receive 7.5% discount on the day, and buggies for hire, which you can also book in advance and you’ll receive a 7.5% discount on the day.
We recognise however, that no matter how attractive the other facilities, the thing that matters most is the design and condition of our golf course, and you can be assured that this is kept in pristine condition by our Head Greenkeeper Jeff Dickinson and his hard working team of Greenkeepers by careful planning and ensuring the course is not overplayed. We recently invested over £150,000 in new machinery to ensure our course is in perfect condition for your day with us, so we’re confident you’ll be well satisfied. We are also one of the few courses locally who welcome societies at weekends, in fact you can play virtually anytime which suits you and your members.
