Professional’s advice for hole twelve:

A long par 4 with out of bounds down the left and a tree lined slope to the right of the fairway which becomes steeper the closer you get to the green.

It is important to approach this level green from the left hand side, as missing the green on the right will leave you with a difficult shot from the greenside bunker or an even more difficult uphill shot which will necessitate carrying the bunker.
